Welcome to the burton Joyce Primary school netball after school club registratioN FOR YEARS 3 AND 4 ONLY

This sign-up form is for parents wishing to enroll their child onto the Netzfit after school club, held at Burton Joyce Primary School.

The timetable runs as follows:

Thursday 24th April: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Thursday 1st May: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Thursday 8th May: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Thursday 15th May: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Thursday 22nd May: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

The session 'block' is charged at £30.00, and is payable in advance. We will be offering a pro rata rate as the number of sessions decreases.
