Please note: Timings referenced in this document are an example and will be adapted to suit each
school setting.

Registration, attendance and collection

On arrival a Netzfit Register will be taken to check attendance.

If for any reason your child is not going to be at the Netzfit After School Netball Club on an arranged
day, please inform Netzfit directly via email : info@netzfit.co.uk or phone 07985 624829.

To collect your child you will need to come to the area designated by the school for pick-ups (usually
school office area, playground or hall) and follow the school’s protocol for collections.

Your child must be collected by 4.30pm when the Netzfit After School Netball Club finishes.

Change of Sessions

If, at any stage, you intend to give up your child’s place at Netzfit After School Netball Club, we
require 7 days notice and confirmation of the date of the change by email. No refunds will be given
for block bookings in these circumstances. Please also be aware that once we have received your
letter we will offer the place to other children on our waiting list.

Fees
Non-payment of fees will result in your child losing their place in the Netzfit After School Netball
Club. Fees are invoiced in advance on a half termly basis and must be paid by the due date before
the first session of that half term (usually 3 days prior to the first session of the half term).

Reminders will be sent out initially as protocol, but if this is a regular occurrence then your place
could be lost.

Policies and Procedures

The Netzfit After School Netball Club is run by Netzfit. To ensure the safety, protection and provide
the best possible care for your child, Netzfit will adhere to all policies and procedures of the setting
in which the after-school club takes place.

General
All children will be escorted to the Netzfit After School Netball Club by school staff, or collected from their classroom or changing area by the Netzfit coach.

Our Netzfit After School Netball Club provides netball coaching to years 4, 5 and 6 pupils.

Only pupils attending the school in question will be considered for places.

We operate a waiting list policy for children wishing to join the club once it is full.

If your child’s behaviour is disruptive to the general well-being of other children in our after school
netball club, your child may be asked to leave the Netzfit After School Netball Club.

All clothing should be comfortable and appropriate for your child to participate in netball in an
outside setting and should include them wearing a suitable pair of trainers. A lightweight rain coat
may be required if it rains and only in severe weather is the club likely to be cancelled.

It is recommended that children do not bring personal belongings to the club, e.g. toys, electronic
games. The club will not accept liability for any loss or damage to such items.

Cancellations

In the event of any session cancellations by Netzfit (illness, severe weather, etc. - for example), your
session will not be charged and if already paid in advance, will be credited back in full.

Any cancellation by a parent / guardian during the half term is non-refundable.
